At Unicorn Whisperer, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality athletic wear. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if you're not, we're here to help.

Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or washed.  For hygiene reasons, underwear sets are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please contact us at  contact@unicornwhisperer.co with your order number and details of the item(s) you'd like to return and why.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back.
  3. Items must be returned using a tracked shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the return, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@unicornwhisperer.co with photos of the issue and we will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
